  5. The enzyme product I have used for past 14 years is called SBG Zymes and SBG Zymes plus, they are plant based enzymes in a vegetarian capsule. if you would like more information send me an email and we can talk about it more.

  6. Commerce is a part of everyday living – you must be tired of everything then as every single building you enter has done some type of advertising to get you to buy/use their product or service. All raw foods inherently contain enzymes, so all your leafy vegetables, podded vegetables, seaweed vegetables, root/tuber vegetables and fruits.

  7. The book “Fear Cancer No More” by Mauris L. Emeka (awesome book by the way) discusses foods that are full of enzymes, which in turn help out our overworked pancraes (that tries to make extra enzymes because of all the cooked foods and animal products we eat). Enzyme rich foods: raw fruits and vegatables, sprouted seeds (like broccoli sprouts), pineapples, papayas, onions, garlic, mustard, chilies, lima beans, black-eyed peas, apples, pears, dark green leafy vegatables.

  8. Juicing raw veg, and making it taste better with some fruit juice is my favourite way to get all my enzymes, but I also take a supplement to be extra sure……..

  9. thank you .

all lifes very best all the time.

    I wanna lick her enzymes!

  18. i would make sweet sweet love to natalie lol

  19. It was actually lower because we did not have modern medicine.

  20. It wasn’t just that. Lots of wars, squabbles, highwaymen, death sentences, bad higene, no antibiotics. The rich people lived far longer than the poor. For example, Elizabeth I. in the 16th century lived for over 60 years and hers was not an easy life. Also, people used to do a lot more physical work back then, that put stress on their bodies. So it’s a whole different ball game now.

  21. I’m just curious. What was the average human life expectancy 500 years ago when everyone was eating raw, unprocessed foods?

  22. Thanks for sharing information, after watching your video, it makes me understand more about enzymes. Great Job!
